I am glad you posted this. I thought the least I could do would be to spread the word. I posted this link on the REH Forum the other day and failed to see that someone else had done so before me. I agree that it would "translate easily". I have been using the CONAN d20 system to play in Hyperborea/THULE/Ultima-Thule (got the stuff from Smith, Lovecraft, and Carter-see my creature posts). I started this before finding out about Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea. That product is pretty, but I don't want to use the archaic Dungeons & Dragons or try to adapt that.
I found it easy to take the 3.5 Monster Manual and slap the necessary CONAN information on a post-it note. Not much is needed. I suppose that with Pathfinder one would have to account for the fewer skill points.
