Conan makes NPR's Top 100 Fantasy and SciFi List

National Public Radio's Top 100 Science Fiction & Fantasy List

Robert E. Howard's Conan stories honored by NPR on their Top 100 Science Fiction and Fantasy list.

One graphic novel made it on the list: The Watchmen. And, the National Public Radio list consists of other "no shit" picks such as The Lord of the Rings, Dune, Starship Troopers, and Ender's Game.

What's intriguing about the list (beside serving as a good list of works to read, if you're looking for something) is that new books were pick as well, like Jordan's The Wheel of Time series, Stephenson's Snow Crash, World War Z, and Scalzi's Old Man's War among the very old classics like 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, The Time Machine, and War of the Worlds.

It's a good list.
