National Novel Writing Month is a month where people attempt to write a novel (defined as text that has 50,000 words or more). National Novel Generation Month is a month where people attempt to write code that will generate a novel (text that has 50,000 words or more). For this month, I decided to try to generate a human-readable novel set in Alpha Complex, but only got so far as to generate a human-readable novella.

I hope you might like it. It's a tale of a Troubleshooter that has a normal, daily routine of working for two different secret societies and The Computer. Warning: the text might be slightly old-fashioned, but that's because the "corpus" that my program is using to generate the text comes from Gutenberg's "public domain" sources.

Very interesting.
I guess it's essentially just a more....thoroughly fleshed out...version of the Paranoia mission generator.
The result is (as noted) somewhat Arthur Conan Doyle in its tone, but it's a very interesting read. Never come across the concept before.
