Coach (aka Cattle Class) Passenger Liner

The High Guard beta gives us an intriguing new way to transport people that breaks the 2 dT/person barrier. Let's see where this takes us...

TL12, 200 dT, J-3, M-2, MCr 50.
Partially streamlined sphere, so can land on its tail.
Crew: 5.

Passengers: 216 (max capacity of 18 Brigs).
A few dTon cargo is enough for a suitcase or two for each passenger.

Economic cost estimate for scheduled fixed line traffic:

Assume a jump every 10 days, minus 2 weeks maintenance per year: (365 - 14) / 10 ≈ 35 jumps / year

Base cost: MCr 50.

Mortgage yearly: 50 / 240 × 12 = MCr 2,5
Maintenance year: 50 × 0,1% = MCr 0,05
Life Support year: 5 × Cr 1000 * 12 + 18 × 4 × Cr 500 × 12 = MCr 0,5
Salaries: ( 5 × Cr 3000 ) × 12 × 200% = MCr 0,3 (assume 200% crew, since they need vacations, sick leave, ...)
Fuel, year: 35 jump × 60 dT × Cr 100 = MCr 0,2 (buy unrefined, since the ship can refine)

Yearly operating expense: MCr 2,5 + 0,05 + 0,5 + 0,3 + 0,2 ≈ MCr 3,5
We have jumped 35 × 216 = 7560 passengers for an average cost of about Cr 500 per jump per person.
If we double that cost to cover overhead and vacancies we can sell the tickets for Cr 1000.

Compared to the regular J-3 mid passage price of Cr 15000 that is quite a bit cheaper.

Given that the mid passage price would be about a year's salary for normal people I guess coach class would be quite popular, despite the dismal comfort level. Fast Drug might help.
