After seeing the force breakdowns I'm really confused about a unit I'm making. It's more less identical to the Shadow, except its weapon is turreted, and it can't carry troops. So, since it doesn't carry troops it wouldn't be transport, so would it be considered armored or support?

probably support - armoured is reserved for MBTs and the like, while units like the PLA FAV are support choices.
