Quick question: In the events section, a roll of 12 gives an automatic promotion. Do you then get the regular advancement roll, effectively (if successful) going up two ranks in one term.

That's how i read it, and makes sense as its a reward for outstanding action, but wanted clarification.

That is not how I read it, but then it did not cross my mind to try and get two on the same term. The one time it came up in our Character build, I just said they did not need to roll and moved past it.

Curious to see what others have done/think. I may owe them something if I misunderstood that entry.
