When getting a trait that effects one weapon system like additional weapons fitted is this for every weapon the same on a ship or for a specific arc?
say for the above example on a marathon would i have to choose one arc of laser/pulse to add the AD to or would it be +2AD to all laser/pulse arrays?

One weapon system, means one weapon system. Weapons on different arcs, are considered to be different weapon systems.

Weapon Systems are noted as independent lines of stats on the ship profile. So the refit only gives the bonus to ONE of those lines of stats.

That is why ships could have multiple sets of the same weapon on the same arc. Each line of stats is a different weapon system. Hope that helps.
