Out of curiosity, why is the bluestar listed in the official ISA list but the NoloTar isnt? Theyre both equally official as far as I know arent they?

Nolo'Tar was not labelled as "official". It was not labelled as "unofficial" either, like some ships in that issue were, but as far as I understand the default status for S&P ships is "unofficial".

Yes, more evidence that it is unofficial. If it were official, it wouldn't need to be on the list since it would be officially allowed already

Not really... that list is a list of unofficial ships which are being allowed for this particular tournament.
