Hey everyone, this is a 2000 point battle we took some photos of,
Skinnies (Chris)
VS
Bugs (Ryan/ME)
The Bugs took 70 Warriors, 30 Fire Fries,
3 Ripplers, 6 Hoppers, and 1 Brain Bug
The Skinnies took 1 Lord, 1 Squad of Raiders, 3 Squads of Venerables,
1 Squad of Soldiers and 1 Venerable Marauder
Overall, the Skinnies forgot a few jumps which didn't help them, note that the army is proxyed... Cap Troopers = Venerables, Grey Cap Troopers = Soldiers and Green Soldiers = Raiders, WarChief = Lord, and Ape Suit = Marauder...
Skinnies go first, and reveal the ambushing and Stealthy Raiders... who take out about 8 or so Warriors.... The Lord was attached to this squad and jumps out on top of a building, allowing my warriors to move around some Raiders with reaction
The Rest of the army positions itself...
Bugs Eat Raiders, fly in Hoppers and Kill a Marauder and Fire Frys jump in and kill the Lord
The Rest was a steam roll as unit after unit charges in, the Skinnies put up some fight on one flank but it was inevitable...
