There must be latin names for all species of bugs but I couldn't find them anywhere.
So here's what I found and what I can asume. Maybe anyone can help me to complete this list (yes, I'm Biology student^^).

Queen: (Cerebus regina?)

Breeder Bug: (Lasius ?)

shouldn't hoppers be Uropygi Opiliones?
I mean they look like a special warrior breed to me.

That's what I thought, but the Rulesbook sais Opiliones.
Maybe it's indeed Uropygi opiliones, I added this option

Have you looked in the Arachnid Empire sourcebook for the RPG? I know that there are descriptions of all the bugs in there, but I don't remember if they gave their scientific names.

Yes I did, that's where I got the few existing names from.

If the Brain is Cerebus Rex, then the Queen would presumably be Cerebus Regina, wouldn't it? Assuming you're equating Brain to King.
