Babylon 5: A Call to Arms Boxed Game Revised dose this book contain all the suppliments and added stuff what dose it not have in it.
The Revised Box Set was an update to the original set of rules (think of it as version 1.5). It amalgamated a lot of the other rules tweaks previously released into an updated volume. Basically it contains the rules required for play, a book with ship stats and a huge pile of counters to begin playing the game with. It is all you need to play the basic game. It does not contain any supplements.
Sky Full of Stars (SFoS) vastly expands the fleet lists, and allows the League of Non Aligned worlds to be fielded in their racial fleets. It also expands the rules to include Scout ships, Space Stations, Boarding actions and planetary assault, as well as tweaking a few of the rules as printed in the Revised Box set. It also greatly expands on the already good campaign play section from the revised box.
Armageddon is a minor rules tweak beyond SFoS and a major update to the Earth Alliance, Vorlons and Shadows. It also brings an Armageddon Priority level into the game for the really powerful ships, as well as introduces the Ancients.

And whats the A Call to Arms Starter Set & Campaign for just info on how to do a campaign.
I do not own this, however I believe it just contains a slightly cut-down rules set and just the Centauri and Narn fleets. It is ment as an introductary pack to whet your appetite for the full game.
I guess with 2e somewhere on the horizon, The starter set might not be a bad idea to see if you like what the game has to offer as it is cheap to pick up.
To play the full game, all you need is the Revised Box Set. All the other books (SFoS, Armageddon, Drakh and Dilgar) are supplements that bring extra crunchy goodness to your gaming experience.
