We will get one out to you ASAP!

Why not just include it with the next book sent out? You'd ensure everyone entitled to one received it, save on postage and save on work.

Or just to improve on MiddleAgedFogey's suggestion.

For those on the Megadeal, send it together with their books.
For those purchasing book by book (like me), maybe an email from us to include that bookmark with our next purchase.

Of course, for those, who are not going to buy any books for the time being (ie, staying with their current purchases), this is the scenario where we can send it out in a simple envelope...although as MiddleAgedFogey pointed out, there will be postage fees incurred. (and it does cost when mailing overseas)

I got the bookmark on Oct 9 in an envelope. It is a bookmark for LW#3 and has a portion of the LW#3 cover on it. On the back it has some errata corrections.

It's sitting comfortably in the LW#3 book.
