Book 4 Psion: "Seekersense" ?

One of the potentially interesting NPCs for my Samar desert world setting
would be a psion with the ability to detect subterranean deposits of natu-
ral resources and especially aquifers / water.

In GURPS this psionic talent is named "Seekersense", but as far as I know
Traveller does not include such a talent, except perhaps in the Psion book,
which I do not have.

Could someone with the book perhaps tell me whether it includes a talent
like "Seekersense" or "Dowsing" ?

You could create it under the clairvoyance talent, but there isn't anything specific.
