If the PC's are borned and raised in Sky End Stead do they need to do all the hospitality rites along the villages, Urlings Ford, Thunder Bridge and so on? I guess they have been there many times...

I personally would say yes. It is a matter of courtesy and though they may have been there several times, unless they're traders or they have close family ties there may be several years between visits. The hospitality rite is a mixture of identifying yourself but also a chance to brag about what you have been up to since the last time you visited.

Plus, it's a dangerous time, with the EWF breathing down the valley and some of the clans already embracing the Dragon. Courtesy and proper identification are even more important in such circumstances.
