Player in chargen, after 1. Blowing first term survival in the Army (Cav), then 2. rolling Severe injury, then 3. rolling snakeyes for max heinousness and 4. max results on the injury loss as he surveyed his ruined character....

BTW, the other player, a "shiny-butt perfect Mr hero" in the marines did great; so they connected based on the above mishap being a friendly fire incident when the Marine called down an orbital strike on his own position - which the Cav were supporting, whilst being overrun ...... Ooops.
