BE- Powered Armour?

Well I know this is in the near fuure, but I was wondering if we might not see first GEN powered armour seeing as how the US Military is working towards those lines. I would love to see MK. 1s on the battle field.

I was also wondering if USMC players will be able to mount the Israeli anti-RPG system on their Tanks. Nothing like a 5+ invulnerable on your tank. ;->

Powered armour will not appear in BF Evo. At this time, if we go ahead with a US Army set, we will give them Future Warrior equipment (as opposed to the Land Warrior gear our USMC currently have).

Active Defence Systems are an option for armour and transports in the USMC and EFTF, in the main rulebook.

Personally, I am glad to hear this. It seems to me that including powered armor would make the game a little too sci-fi rather than being near future.

I'm afraid you're going to have to get out more, Dyssnowman. Powered armor is still in development, and while not exactly what one pictures when they say power armor, it's certainly going to be a big improvement for the soldier.

Not to mention the anti-RPG system still being more of a fantasy rather that something that sometimes accidently happens to work.

Im glad they went more towards the current end of technology, I cant really think of a good modern combat game but I can think of a buttload of future games
