Time to relaunch the Breakfast Brigade

With doors open at 10 I suggest meeting in the cafe from about 0830 - ish.

I'll be coming in from the train station:

When you leave Swindon Railway station turn left and follow the road until you come to a massive roundabout beside a road overpass.

Turn left at that roundabout, going under the main road, and go straight across the roundabout on the other side of the overpass.

Carry on up that road, passing a Majestic wine dealer on your right, Mongoose's entry is in a small side alley on the right of that road, directly opposite a Somerfield. The cafe is a bit firther up on the right, just after a crossroads.

So that's how you get to the cafe.

And of course the motto of the Breakfast Brigade, as taken from "Run Fat Boy Run"

"How dare you interrupt my full english breakfast with extra breakfast? "

I've got the same problem with the trains. Unless I camp out on the platform, I can't get there before 11am.
Solution ... drive down and stop at a B&B. It's actually cheaper.

I'll be travelling to arrive on Friday, then staying at the Swindon Central Travelodge overnight. They're currently still advertising rooms for £29 per night if you book over the Internet.

So I'll definitely be at Mongoose for 10:00. Depending on how early I can get out of bed, I might make the breakfast club meeting as well...

Go to your choice of Google Maps or Multimap, enter postcode SN2 8AF (Mongoose's postcode, available from their Contact page) and scroll the resulting map around a bit to find the station (which is southwest of Mongoose's office).

So, now we have a map, what is the address - or at least, the road name - of the cafe where the Breakfast Brigade will meet? From the directions in the first message of this thread, I'd guess that the cafe, like Mongoose itself, is on Cricklade Road, and the crossroads just before the cafe is the intersection of Cricklade Road, Ferndale Road and Chapel Street.

The name of the cafe would also be useful.

I'm devbating skipping the pizza on Fri night and indulging in Haggis and tatties.

Either way I'll still be having a MASSIVE breakfast it is the optimum way to fuel up for a Mongoose Open Day.
