How about the Ares class mobile battle space station? Base the design on Babylon 4, but update it. Babylon 4 could move, so the Ares could move and be the core of an EA fleet, except that it would have updated technology.

I think it is the last station named Babylon, it does not mean another station just like can't be built.

The Drakh only used it the once in 2266 The Shadows would never let them use it before they left for the rim, just because they were the servants of the Shadows, doesnt mean they were trusted servants so why did the Shadows hide there weapons

B5 is the last of the "Babylon" stations. It is however also a O´Neil class station, so there could be others like that.

Of course, ISA tech would make some of the more prominent features of B4/B5 quite obsolete (like spinning to create gravity)
