B5 Traveller - Starships

Mongoose
I've been wanting to use Traveller to play Babylon 5, mainly because I'm lazy. I'm hoping someone here knows enough about Traveller to give me some guidance.

Using Mongoose Traveller's core book, I created a "Centauri strike cruiser" or something... nomenclature fails me... it's a small starship designed for escort duty and some light raiding.

So here's what I came up with.

1,200 displacement tons, streamlined, TL14
22 staterooms = up to 44 crew (typical crew size is 35).

That's a bit more than 16,000 cubic meters volume. "Streamlined" means it can behave aerodynamically in an atmosphere. TL14 is a respectably high tech level.

Hyperspace drive-E
Maneuver drive-Z (6G)
6 weeks' fuel.

This ship is equipped with a hyperspace drive, which means it's capable of opening its own jump points without a gate.

Its maneuver drive is the best available from the core book.

Repair drones (2)
Sentri fighters (5)
Bay weapons (7)
Triple turrets (5)

It carries a wing of Sentris, a number of powerful bay weapons (types unspecified at this time), and a respectable number of turret weapons (types also unspecified).

The Traveller stats for the ship are:
Code:
Coutari Strike Cruiser
Centauri Republic

  1,200 t Hull C, streamlined, TL14
    140 t Armor-14
     60 t Hyperspace drive-E
     47 t Maneuver drive-Z (6G)
     73 t Power plant-Z
    144 t Power plant fuel (6 weeks)
     40 t Bridge
      - Model/6fib
      5 t Very advanced electronics
     36 t Repair drones (2)
    200 t Sentri fighters (5)
    350 t Bay weapons (7)
      5 t Triple turrets (5)
     88 t Staterooms (22)
     12 t Spare

1.200 tons seems very small for B5 ships? - any idea of the length / dimensions of that ship?

Centauri strike Cruiser - hmm - thinking of a light Commerce Raider /Privateer that a young Noble may command?

The MGP/ACTA model for the Centauri fleet has few fighters on small vesels - bit I guess a raider may well have them (there was a Vorchan variant in 1st Edition that would resemble this ship I think) Also flights in ACTA tend to be 6 fighters - again no major problem

This is indeed small for a B5 ship -- as I said, an intermediate size between the Sentri and the real cruisers. The Vorchan is at least 20 times its size. The most compact dimensions would be a cube 25m on a side. Of course Centauri vessels tend to be pointy, so if it were two half-moon slices fitted orthogonally sort of like the Vorchan, then we're talking maybe:
