Was the FAQ pdf ever released? I can't find in on the forums.
If it was, could some please tell me what topic it is under or
possibly email it to me?

In the absence of any other information...

No, I don't think there was a FAQ. There was a "Corrections and Clarifications" document which had two items. One was about Centauri hunting packs, which were discussed on the forum and eventually discarded entirely as the Centauri fleet is already capable enough without needing such a boost. The other was a fluff paragraph which was missing from the chapter about Starfury vs. Nial.

Beyond that, if you have a specific question, right here is the place to ask it.
