Avatars?

Is there anyway to upload a .jpg that's no on the web for an avatar on the boards? Anyway to get a set of general avatars?

I can't seem to be able to view the gallery of Avatars at all. Why would that be?

I don't need an Avatar to enjoy this forum, but this has intrigued me.

At a guess, because there isn't one. Provision for a gallery of avatars is made by the phpBB2 software, but Mongoose probably haven't put anything in it.

My avatar comes from The Scifi World. If you can't find a suitable avatar there or on some similar site, then as Da Boss suggested, upload your own photo to somewhere like Photo Bucket. Just make sure it isn't too big!
