Okay, the new stickers are here.

Old sticker on the left, new one on the right.

I made the outer line around the rim slightly larger, corrected the incorrect firing arcs, and enlarged the central hole a bit. I also put a "V2" on the right side so you can tell the new ones apart from the old ones, should you encounter any out there.

The replacement stickers will start going out tomorrow. Take note that everyone whom I sold the defective stickers to will be eligible for a limited time discount on your next order. You should see a coupon enclosed with your replacement stickers. Just mention it with your next order by December 1, 2012 and you'll get the discount.

Take the old ones off or just placing them over the top? Given the hole size at the base, have you been slitting the new ones to fit?

I have found that it doesn't take much work to remove the old sticker, so that's what I've been doing to mine.

The hole is larger, so no slitting needed.

That is actually good to hear. The printer didn't make the hole for the small stickers the right size, and I just noticed this. Ack... I tried to find a 3/16ths hole punch, but could not (unless I wanted a piece of junk Chinese one from online). I used a 3/16ths pin punch as a template to mark a couple test stickers and carefully cut out the proper size hole. It didn't look perfect, but once they're mounted it's not very noticeable either.

So I guess I have to say do you still want the small ones, or should I refund you and keep them?

They hadn't arrived in Spokane, WA by Saturday and I'm out of town Sunday-Tuesday so I'll hopefully see them when I get the mail on Tuesday.

Arrived home today and *bam!* there it was, envelope of stickers.

They were very carefully packed - better than I had ever expected anyone to pack something like this. I will definitely order more should I need them.
