are fan made rules allowed and posted here? now with links

as i am new to the forums here just wanted to know if unofficial fan made rules are allowed to be posted for all to use?

i am working on an expansion with new gangs/additional rules/scenarios and such and thought it might be good for others to see them as well.

also i have done a 3 page reference sheet of rules/equipment etc, work in progress and not fully tested and complete (heard people asking for these from mongoose).

what formats are allowed for uploads, tried looking but cannot locate, tried to upload .doc and .pdf but it stated format not allowed.

There is no provision for storage areas that I am aware of here - best thing to do would be to put it on mediafire or other Cloud area and link to it on a thread / signature....
