AOD movement question

I've just bought this ruleset and am having a problem understanding the movement/turning aspect. It states on P6 "a ship may turn twice in each movement phase" and HMS Iron Duke is used as an example, but on P14 "Special Traits" it states that an AGILE ship may turn twice yet HMS Iron Duke is not an AGILE ship, what am I missing? Whilst I'm about it I'm not entirely sure about the Turn Key P6. If I have read it correctly if a ship turns three times around the Turn Key it would have turned 180 degrees, is that right? This is from an earlier message asking the same question. According to DM, the Agile trait should read:

Some ships are very manoeuvrable, either by virtue of speed and size or advanced rudder designs. Ships with the "agile" trait have bonuses when attempting "come about" or "evasive" special actions."

Page 6 is right and page 14 is wrong. The actual effects of the Agile trait show up on page 13 in the Special Actions section. The command check for ships attempting Come About! is 8 instead of 9 and the movement penalty for agile ships using Evasive! is 2" rather than 3".
