Any one have the new models?

Hi everyone,
many moons ago i used to have some of mongooses models, which were pretty bad for casting lines and flash and a few were not even worth classing as models. I still have some of my GOMC-1 models which are not bad, but are not the best (but i have had them a few years) what i want to know is.... are the newer models better cast than the older ones?

I know shane hoyle is working on the range which gets the big thumbs up from me as i have most of his street violence models that were released by the foundry. and i am going to use them as the basis opf my gangs.

The ones I purchased most recently have only a little bit in the way of mold lines (although, they could be more strategically placed IMO) and no flash at all. I'd assess them as about the same level of casting as current GW runs.

cheers for that. the last ones i got were absolute rubbish. i only had a few off the GOMC-1 models, but had quite a few of the SST models.
hopefully they are better this time.
its been a long time since i bought anything that had any thing to do with mongoose hopefully they are better this time.............................

I orderd some of the judges when the new miniatures game was first released and i was very happy with them. Very little flash with minimal clean up needed.

The new sculps are excellent, and I'd rate them as better than the old GW Dredd range. I'm not that familiar with new GW stuff, but the models for this game are uniformly excellent.
