Any more support for Strontium Dog likely?

I love this game - it works really well and is also a great game to play with one ref and one player (when everbody else can't make the session for example...).
I'm just wondering if there will be:
1) Any more bounties and warrants
2) A longer mini campaign with a story arc

Or anything else?
Anyone in doubt about this game should dive in -it's excellent!

We have been discussing a free to download mini-campaign, like Secrets of the Ancients, but there are a few other projects we have to sort out first.

Sounds excellent!
There is lots in bounties and warrants for short games and good quality too, but a mini campaign would be fantastic.
Structurally - I thought of either
1) a "hub" idea where there are lots of open bounties the player dogs can do in any order they choose (though one order may suggest itself) and they uncover bits of a deeper plot as they go
or
2) A series of chained perps with each escalating in difficulty and the dogs picking up money to buy equipment/good gadgets along the way - plus also some sidebars
may work?

Wish I had time to write something but I don't....

Choose carefully, that also leaves open the possibility that others might pick up those open bounties while the players are doing one of the others.

Cool. Looking forward to it :)

Fair point ...there may be ways to work arond that though

Matt, that sounds promising but is the Doghouse supplement mentioned in your State of the Mongoose address still on the cards?

Still on the cards, but shunted back by more boisterous games. No release date set yet.

More than one of Johnny Alpha's warrants has been "complicated" by the interference of other Dogs trying to poach the bounty! Stix, Big Cynthia, and Slabhead, for instance. Many S/D agents would zap their grandmothers if there were credits in it... Hmm...

Hi NFM

I actually incorporated a couple of nasty dogs trying to steal my players bounty from the off, a clash in the Doghouse space port where Jack "Doberman" Drum wanted some blood ...

>>> It's a Dogs Life - Storyline!

... I wanted to cover some Hand2Hand fighting to get the players warmed up. Check out how the players got on, Walts.

I just picked up Strontium Dog, guess I'm a little late to the party.
I think its an awesome book. Hoping to get to run a game of it soon.
I too would like to see some additional support for it. :)

I'm going to be running SD again tonight. Looking through for a medium sized, challanging warrant....

If anyone wants to submit articles for Strontium Dog I am more than keen to put something into Signs and Portents (being a big fan of Johny Alpha and Co for a long, long time).

I'm toying with an adventure I want to playtest early Jan. There were certainly quite a few SD fans around Huddersfield in the eighties when one of the local bands called themselves the Strontium Frogs !

Hi HL ... not that I've ever seen, and MG are pretty good at having erratta's posted on the websites ... check there and let us know! Walts.
