sorry, i replied in a bit of a hurry to that:-

the hill and wall pieces, the plastic is about 1mm thick, the wall it portays is 1 cm thick and hollow.

Larger building, plastic is a bit harder, still around the 1mm mark but looks good.

If the form of the wall sections supported it, it might be possible to back-fill the inside using either plaster or epoxy in order to increase the wall strength. It could either be overkill but might enhance the final product. For example, I have a commercial polyurethane casting compound that I'd maybe try for adding strength to them. I'll have to break down sometime and place an order for them first, though. :wink:
