Anyone know where I can find model aircraft the would go well with 1\2400 scale ships. Kinda like what GHQ has. They just dont have a large selection...Im mainly looking for Italian aircraft.

Tumbling Dice do a nice range of 1/600 aircraft. They fit well, giving a height perspective.

Also just to represent certain types of Aircraft squadrons, Trumpeteer does Aircraft sets in 1 /700 scale, such as the U.S navy aircraft. You get F4U corsairs,F6F Hellcats,TBM Avengers, Dauntless Divebombers, Curtis Helldivers, F4F Wildcats, B25 Bombers and the old Vindicator torpedo bombers. I just mount them on a hex base from the babylon5 combat game, or the star trek starfleet battles game. Hasegawa makes sets in 1 700 scale for the japanese aircraft.The planes are a bit larger then the ships, but they do paint up nicely and do represent the aircraft well.

I think the Italian aircraft in such a small scale are hard to find tho

Don't discount CAP AERO in 1:1250 - loads of choice and easy on the wallet if you're doing multiple planes on a stand.

Thats what I have. I like them alot. But as Gazman said, they are cheap: $4 for a pack of 5. I have been putting two on a base and I think they look pretty good.

I will be posting some pics of them and the rest of my fleet next week.
