I'm looking for some rules clarification on this.
First off, when dealing with improving drives by increasing their TL, are they still limited to the size restrictions?
For example. A 200 Ton Craft with a Jump 2 Drive. As standard that's TL 11 at 10 Tons.
If I instead had a Jump 2 Drive at TL-13 Would I be able to have it at 8 Tons instead or is it still required to be 10 tons?
(8 Tons based on Very advanced +2 TL, 2 Advantages, -10%/Advantage)
Furthermore, could this be pushed again, say if a TL-15 Drive were used, it could go to 6 Tons... etc.
The question is also related to the size restriction on maneuver drives. It was just easier to show the example with the jump drive.
