[ACTA:SF] Question about the Kzinti CM

I have been looking at the Kzinti CM versus the DW, and noticed a discrepancy that I was curious about. The CM has 2 P-1 (1 LH, 1 RH), versus the DW's 3 P-1.

I looked at the Fed Commander ship cards, and there the CM has an additional pair of P-1 (LS + RF/RS+LS), which would possibly translate as FA+P and FA+S arcs, for a total of 4 P-1.

Can anyone comment as to why the CM has a reduced phaser suite?

The CM has 2 PH and 2 SH Phaser-1 AD, according to the most recent errata file.

A previous errata, dated 3/12 said to reduce the phaser-1s to 1 AD. Now they've changed it back? Would have been nice if they listed the change in the Kzinti section in addition to the new rulebook Fleet ship entry page, which I have not printed out. Urrr....
