I have some questions about nebula effects. The nebula rules say that weapons ranges are halved. So for example, a Photon would have a 3.75" short range and up to 7.5" for long range. No problem.
However, how is overloaded range affected? I could see it two different ways:
1) use max range 3" range for overloads, or
2) use max range of 6 for overloads, but still use the 3.75" / 7.5" range brackets, ie you can hit with an overload out to 6" but 6" is using the long range bracket to hit (-1 on dice).
I also don't see any speed restrictions; I would think that one would probably slow down in a nebula due to all the small debris - not enough to cause damage, but it degrades sensors and mars the shiny paintwork.
No stealth affect at all?
