[ACTA] Rolling on Damage Table when Stricken..

GhostRecon

...When does this occur? I was re-reading the battle report in S&P48 and while I may be misinterpreting it, it makes it sound like you roll on the Damage Table for Stricken Ships after every ship has fired...

Do you roll after -all- the weapon systems of the nominated, firing ship/squadron have fired on the target, regardless of where it is on the damage threshold?

For example, you fire a Marathon at a Vorchan with 1 damage left. You nominate your Pulse Cannon and Missiles to fire at it, and bring it below zero with the Pulse Cannons. Do you continue, and roll and fire with the Missiles on the ship as well, potentially raising its Damage Threshold significantly and raising its chances of exploding?

Similarly, does this apply to Squadrons? In the same example above, if I have three Marathons squadroned and declare that they are all firing Pulse Cannon and Missiles at a Vorchan with 1 damage left, do they -ALL- get to roll and do damage regardless of its threshold, until the nominated firing squadron is done?

Essentially my question is, do you roll on the Damage Table for Stricken Ships after the weapon system that caused it drop to or below 0 Damage is done firing? (In the above example, you would roll when the Pulse Cannon is done, and simply fire the Missiles elsewhere) Or do you roll when all nominated weapons are done firing? Or do you roll at the end of the firing phase?

I've always played it as "B" where you finish all firing from the nominated ship, and then roll, but I must have had a brain fart or something and got slightly confused by the S&P.

You roll after all declared fire has been resolved. That means after the entire ship or squadron that you nominated, has finished firing.

However once it gets to below 0 damage, any subsequent weapons or squadronned ships ignore traits and special actions - if the ship was on Close Blast Doors, it no longer gets to roll for the additional damage. Or if it had dodge, it no longer gets to dodge hits.
