Why do we keep getting these flawed designs that screw over one fleet or another.
Sorry to drop negative comments in a Rulesmaster thread but shouldn't we be trying to make a system that works for all races. We finally get a decision on something that should have been cleared up before 2 ed came out and it's already a problem child for a number of races.
At this point I'm almost ready to recommend my group just go with our own system and stop holding tourneys.
