ACTA - Maternal Special Action

In a campaign and a Shadow or Vorlon rolls a Maternal result under the Personalities table, is the fighter automatically generated or do you have to purchase a wing of fighters to supply the ship?

I would say it comes for free

Ever since SFOS (or possibly earlier, I'm 400 miles from my books) Vorlons get fighters for free with ships so I'd say generate.

Since Armageddon, Shadows also get fighters for free so I'd also say it generates.

However if the fighter is then lost you'dhave to buy a replacement.
