Interesting one that cropped up in another thread:
If a Victory (or the Excalibur for that matter) fires its lightning cannon, in the following turn it moves half speed directly forward. Does it count as 'adrift' for the purposes of being a viable mass driver target?
I would say yes personally. It's totally shut down and IS basically adrift for that turn but just wanted to check!
