ACTA 3 for Traveller

Has someone already suggested this?

Traveller's my RPG of choice, but it doesn't have much in the way of tabletop fleet battle rules.

But Mongoose already owns ACTA, previously used for defunct B5.

So perhaps a new edition of ACTA can be built, using Traveller as its basis.

I think ACTA would be a great game mechanic for the upcoming Fifth Frontier War (or any other war in the OTU).

ACTA is not being planned as a Traveller tabletop wargame. Traveller, apparently, requires something different from Mongoose.
