The Old Soldier
Mongoose
To the Mongoose Staff.
In regards to the long delays and soon to be announced letter in the upcoming S&P.
Well, I'd will be happy enough if you could release at least one set of any faction per month. Any more than that I would consider a bonus!
As long as the line is not discontinued, I will not be disappointed. I have not been a fan of your unit cards, but I am a HUGE fan of your models, and Main Rule Book. You make 'em and I'll buy 'em. And will continue playing your fine game, no matter what.
Still want direct sales for the unpainted unassembled stuff for the modeler in me.
I could be wrong, but I do believe your company may have been too ambitious. A slow but steady release would be fine. Maybe even adding metal spun castings for those odd figures and weapons, that may not sell huge numbers such as the Infantry. Unpainted unassembled models with metal bits ensures that the players could make all types of variants of the basic models. Would save time and money I believe for your Company.
But it is your call. Hope things work out, either way I will continue to promote the game and play it at my home and on the evocommand site.
Best wishes.
Shawn
