It's strictly for reference since we do not have a bestiary. I found myself wondering what book had the Beast-Men (for example) in it and I was wasting a lot of time looking through the books, so the list makes it easier. Plus, I was interested in just how many creatures etc. were stated out officially. Definitly enough for a book - plus room to add some new ones! 8)
