I have done sheets for all the new ships and races now and they are available in PDF format.

Please remember though, the sheets only have the basic information on and should always be used in conjunction with the fleet book. PM me if you would like copies.

No - In 2nd Edition there is no Tinashi now - You have all the ships that are available under the new rules and fleet book!

There do indeed seem to be several Minbari ships missing - Tishat, Torotha, Ashinta, Tigara, Teshlan, Tinashi, Shantavi, Troligan.
