2e ACTA Campaign and Admirals

ok So acording to the campaign rules you can add an admiral for 1 battle point. And he goes in you Highest Priority Ship.

The question is it states you can swap him to another Ship for 5 RR points. Does this mean you can pay 5 RR points to move him to a lower priority ship? For instance ISA with John J Sheridan you fleet has a Victory, 8 whitestars/ wsII and some patrol ships, so he has to go aboard it the victory. Can I pay 5 RR points to move him down to a Whitestar I will use more often and hes better aboard (arguably not as safe)?

Second question is if your Fleet Dosn't have a Victory class but has a couple of WS Gunships and then WS/WS 2 Can you opt to place John J Sheridan aboard a WS/WS 2 even though he has to go aboard your highest priority ship, but is restricted to only certain ships (as per his rules)?


A ruling would be great. Thanks for your time

When your admiral first arrives, he must go on the highest PL ship possible. However, once you spend 5 RR, you can place him on any ship you like - you pays your money, you takes your chances!

I would never put an admiral in a fighter. But can John J sheridan be initially placed aborad a WS gunship and then moved to a whitestar even though his restriction for ships. I other words back to the secound question I had, What do you do in a champainge fleet with WS/WS2 and a whitestar gunship and WSCarrier. Does he

A) defult to a WS/WS2

B) ignore his restriction and goes abord the WSgunship

C) sorry can't field him cause your highest Priority Ship he cannot go aboard.
