I love the design. I made a MgT 2e version. It was tough getting it to have 4 staterooms and a med bay and still have a 20 ton cargo hold. I also added a fuel bladder for a little extra range in those really remote areas. I did up it to two crew and a robot but you can totally get away with just one crew in a pinch.
An alternate version for a wealthier area would take 10 tons of cargo hold and drop in a Mail Distribution Array for 20MCr. Or for a pure data courier at TL13, drop in an Advanced Mail Distribution Array for 10MCr but 20 tons.

Nice design! Having PP fuel integral with the PP tonnage and TL 15 drive size reduction is what allowed me to pull this design off. I used LibeOffice Draw and starship components file to made the plans. Best for graphics challenged people like my self.
