Faenril - that's to do with their on-site printing works. However, due to Mongoose now going back to the old way - printing via printing companies, there should be little to no problems with new copies of books.

Mongoose have a special exchange rate thing based on duties and taxes and exchange rates and whatnot. Basically it makes sense sort of when you have it all explained to you, slowly, from what I remember..
