    BloodQuest and Freakshow

In tandem with our own RPG, Blood!, we produced 'BloodQuest' a set of conversion rules - a rules 'sketch' really, for using MRQ for modern horror games. Conversions of the creatures from the Blood! main rulebook are now complete and up for sale and additional ones will be added soon. Each...

    2nd american civil war

The centre has a lot of its own resources though and there is still the gulf of mexico and the southern ports. Mexico would suddenly have a lot of diplomatic pull as well, as would Canada, though neither would be particularly likely to necessarily aid the south/centre, though Mexico might for...

    2nd american civil war

I think it makes for a more interesting split also. More numerous but generally less well equipped heartland troops and civilian militia with better morale against more sophisticated and better equipped coastal troops with foreign support. Would make for some interesting scenarios.

    2nd american civil war

For an American civil war you need a truly divisive and unresolvable issue. Abortion is about as contentious as slavery, as is the desire of some to create a theocracy. I'd think you'd be more likely to see a red/blue, coastal/heartland, urban/rural divide leading to violence and division.

    BloodQuest?

Hello there, I would be the author :) BloodQuest is meant only as a 'rules sketch' for running modern horror scenarios using the MRQ core rules and to provide some basica compatability with our own game Blood! (Which some of you might recall from the early 90's). That said, the interest has...

MWWG / Unisystem translations (Willow and Tara Stats)

If you want to go for a faster system to convert to or your interest is more in miniatures battles I would think Savage Worlds would be a reasonably good fit.

macho d20 - need character critiqued

Looks good to me, but you need the rest of the team to really make it work. Colonel Jane 'Hannibella' Smith - A MILF who hates REMFs Hannibella Smith is a tactical genius and master of disguise. She smokes cheroots (rather than cigars) and 'loves it when a plan comes together'. Captain...

    Tone of MMWG

Odds are kids already talk about this stuff and have opinions on it. Whether they're comfy talking to their parents about it even in the context of a game is a whole 'nother kettle of fish. I think you can run this at different levels of comfort though. U - 'She Ra' PG - 'Charlies Angels' 15...

    Gods of MMWG

The Charlton Heston vision of god, a slowly awakening wrathful old guy, is pretty much the vision I had of god for the setting.

    MMWG?

See, that's what makes it such a good target for satire. Taking itself far too seriously :) For what it's worth the little amount of time I spent in Texas was in Dallas and I didn't see any real stereotypes there. In fact, I didn't really see anyone. The entire city was like the opening...

    Changing MWWG

It's a trade off. d20 trades (some) niche protection for versatility. I see d20 Modern as a sort of 'halfway house' between the traditional class/level D&D setup and a more modern skill system - in that its classes are broader and more customisable but it still retains much of the class/level...

    World of MMWG

It's really gratifying to see a bit of a buzz about MWWG finally. *wipes away tear* My genius appreciated at last!
