very nice figs. Love the custom carrier. I have a complement of fighters done up waiting for rules and a carrier figure. though I have to admit I haven't actually played the game since I painted my fed battle group. alas no one close by plays and real life intrudes.

some of the new Romulan ships from Star Trek Online are pretty slick.

Easier to strip the paint of too. I did this with a bunch of GW metals by dropping them in a bucket of transmission fluid. Worked like a charm.

I've purchased painted Eldar figs, and didn;t strip them because A) they were really nicely painted B) they were aspect warriors so they clashed with my otehr figs, but then taht's what they are supposed to do. As to starships I'd strip and repaint them certainly. or but them unpainted.

Oh god I still have nightmares about the FOW stormtrooper move rule and Stugs in partial cover. Brutal against my advancing Canadian Rifle company. anyways...

that sucks. I also realized Ièm only just getting back from Japan april 2 so tht is probably going to nix my own attendance.

my Gettysburg arrived @ my FLGS and is waiting for me to pick it up. So they are in Canada.

well even a ship sized mass exploding will produce little chance of an actual impact in the vast amounts of space we are talking about here. Now if that mass was acclerated to say 1% of light speed even a pebble sized mass hitting a ship would be catasrophic. Who's to say a warp core...

That would be quite the thing to see.

Oh god my wife would kill me if I did that. Though it would be interesting to see what the ACTA scene is like in Japan.
