Actually almost all of the weapons seem reasonable.
There is a pair of identical shields except for the one that takes more strength to wield also has less HP though
The charging doesn't make any sense to me either.
Charging only lets you take 1 CA but then you talk later about charging multiple opponents.
In the example the player charges on his last combat action giving him a full 3.
As for the longsword aren't they only reach M when wielded 1 handed?
Noticed a couple other issues:
Wielding 2 weapons grants an extra combat action, with no limitations on its use (unless I'm missing something) so having a weapon in your off-hand lets you run further and cast spells more quickly.

Just run it for one of the factions with your players, I don't think it's really designed to be run by all 3 at once, just fun that it can be done any of three different ways.
Well in MRQ there was no real way to tell how many hands it took to wield a weapon so I always assumed the Long Spear took 2 hands. Now according to the example (although I don't count those for much) and the lack of sunder available to the Long Spear I have to assume that it's 1 handed...
It's just a little easily ignorable chart if you want some background inspiration.
Some days it's easy to visualize a character and how his parents were killed by broo leaving him to be raised by his overbearing sister.
Other days rolling a few numbers might help give some life to a yet...
