Z-plan turret designations wrong?

M-Class Cruiser listed with ABCD turrets. Looking at the model, should this be ABXY?
O,P,Q-Class Battlecruiser has ABC. Should be ABX?
P-Class Cruiser has AB. Should be AX?
Spähkreuzer has ACD. Should be AXY? Or as a heavy destroyer, should it be Secondary Armament 26" 3AD 1DD Weak.

All true. I was thinking in the German turret designation nomenclatur:
Anton, Bertha, Caesar and Dora.
Spähkreuzer turrets should remain at 1AD, 1DD.
