Forgive my stupidiitity, but what is "drive thru"?

We'd love to get some PDF files versions

We are having troubles getting the rule book here in Denver. The two that one store ordered were gone first day (One to me!) and the guy says the distributor is out. We tried amazon and it went on long term back order.

Please post a link to where we could get the PDF version!
