The Fantasy Game System uses D20 (primarily), D12, D10, D8, D6, D4 dice. It uses a 1D20+Skill, rather than percentile, method of action calculation.

Features:
- An involving and realistic combat system including:
- Easy-to-grasp Action Point system for fluid combat management.
- Different types of attacks and defences, each with inherant strengths and weaknesses.
- Hit locations
- Armour types to reduce damage depending on the type of attack and the armour worn.
- Easy-to-manage damage penalties that affect your efficiency in combat.
- Scaling rule system; delve as deeply into character creation as you want to. Either create the perfect min/maxed character or play to how the adventure molds you.
- Play from Novice to Epic levels. Your characters become truely legendary at the highest levels.
- Nearly limitless character creation options:
- Over 30 base skills each with scaling special abilities tied to them.
- Over 300 different scaling prestige options for your characters. Abilities never become redundant!
- Over 90 different types of weapons and armour and 12 different materials with which to make them. Create over 8000 combinations of armour or weapons. Type, material and the skill of the craftsman each affect the quality of the equipment.
- Over 200 unique, and completely optional, Titles with which to gain fame or infamy within the world. Rules included for Game Masters to create their own. Guilds and organisations with clear heirarchies to enable characters to progress through them and gain bonuses and resources associated with them.
- Classless Skill System: Improve your character in exactly the areas you want. We haven't managed to find a type of character we can't create!
- Over two hundred different races to encounter, and dozens of bloodlines with which to augment them.
- Rules for creating any weapons, armour or equipment the players want to make, if you have the time, money and skills, of course.
- Reputation allows Game Master to easily judge the world's reaction to the players.
- Unique magic system with 8 different types of Magic in three diferent categories. Each with dozens of spells, and ways of manipulating them.
- Easy-to-grasp spellcasting: only a single dice roll for each spell.
- No preset spells; craft each spell you cast in a simple, two-step process.
