Would they be cursed?

I'm toying with the idea of writing A Fan-made story that's set around 30 years after Harry Potter Book 7's epilogue but in The World of Legend and want to know the following. Since Unicorns in Legend are far smarter then in Harry Potter if 1 consented to after it has died its blood being used to at least try and save lives would the person benefiting from the freely and willingly donated Unicorns Blood be cursed as even though it was freely and willingly donated its still blood from a dead Unicorn that although not killed for its blood for all the hospital knows could have died a violent death

I'd say that it depends on the story.

You might have it that drinking Unicorn Blood carries a curse, no matter what, or you might say that it depends on how the blood is obtained.
