With Gaim on horizon, what race is next?

Is there any rumors what race might come next? Cascor had nice AoG ships? Hyach? some other?

and when might we see them?

I would love for them to make the Orieni. They were a boat load of fun in B5Wars. The only problem is they already did the ramming fighter thing now....

I agree. A historic supplement concerning the Orieni War and contemporary ships from that era would be very nice. I loved the Wars of the Centauri Republic supplement.

Well they had Ship Stats for the Hyach (I think) posted up at the Swindon Open day.

I think it was the Quad Damage Spinal mount that got my attention!

Didn't they get hammered by the Dilgar (I think mentioned in Deathwalker) so doubt they are especially good /advanced in the Show - unless they have very few ships or really bad commanders?

just about everyone was hammered by the Dilgar... the Hyach are amongst the oldest races of the League, not too far removed from the Minbari, with some nasty laser weaponry.

I would like to see them, since they were pretty often seen on screen, and have an interesting background.

(I know this doesn´t count, but I´m making good progress with my Llort fleetlist, including a conversion corner to scratch-built the ships, so that could satisfy the need of some of you out there for more fleets...)

Hyach is indeed under consideration for next year's supplement. As are several other things. Matt did indeed put the first draft of the Hyach up at the open day.

Well League races were hammered - but no one important Like Centauri, Earth, Minabari, or even the Narn? I would be suprised if they were as advanced as the minbari and the Dilgar hammered them? Given that Earth hammered Dilgar and Minbari did not even have to work hard to beat Earth?

I read somewhere that while the Hyach are technologically advanced their ideas about space combat were not very good. Along the lines of 'send some ships' and thats about it. Sorry I'm no good at computer stuff, (making links to sites and such) try googling 'Dilgar War:the earth alliance involvemnt'. I'm not sure how canon it is, but it makes for good reading.

If you hunt around on the site there is also some cool other stuff. I like the idea for the EAS Titans, the vorlonised warlock. It would make a neat conversion.
